*ExpressFuels is a Fuel Club, which permits certain fleetcards unlimited access to its competitively priced, high quality fuels; but bank cards (Fleet Visa/MasterCard, Visa, MasterCard, Debit, American Express, and Discover) require a pin number to gain access to this Fuel Club.
